ANTIBACTERIAL CUTTING BOARD
The wood of the chopping board is sof t and kind on the blade of the knife. The antibacterial carbonised chopping board which TADAFUSA recommends, due to heating the wood right through to the centre, is antibacterial, does not decay and has a long life. It is a product which is kind to the environment; if the surface gets damaged it can be sanded and used again.

Carbonisation – a patented skill Antibacterial, carbonised wood is u sed to make the handle of the Black Knives and the chopping board. The wood is put into a kiln
and thoroughly heated for two days until it is heated right through to the centre. The carbonisation of the wood, which has been burned until it is hard, prevents germs breeding on its surface and protects it from decay. Also, in the same way that you can
sharpen a knife, you can sand and repair the wood enabling it to be used for a long period of time. In this way, it supports the enjoyment of cooking as well as ecological point of view.
